Government Skills has now completed work to collect information on departments' contracts and the next phase of the project is running the rolling programme of Training Needs Analyses (TNA). There are currently two TNA pilots running in:
Government Skills will be running a rolling programme of TNA and we are currently scoping a number of additional skills areas. We would like to hear from departments and professions who have suggestions for a TNA.
Being involved would mean taking part in a TNA and then using the results to work with other government departments to commonly commission new L&D services. Government Skills would like to hear from departments and professions around the following themes:
