The Centre for Applied Learning (CAL) in the Northern Ireland Civil Service has published its annual report for 2008/09.
It sets out the contribution that the CAL has made to the Northern Ireland Civil Service Reform Programme, as well as its achievements in increasing the number of people trained and the number of training days delivered.
