Skills at all levels are becoming increasingly important for the success of individuals, businesses and communities.
Skills That Work for Wales is a new three year skills and employment strategy and action plan for Wales. It builds upon and replaces the Skills and Employment Action Plan 2005.
The strategy and plan sets the wider context for skills development in Wales. The Government Skills strategy was created with consideration to the changing policy context in Wales and now takes the form of Skills That Work for Wales.
